After getting into Baltimore and making our post we decided that sleep wasn't needed so we showered and decided to hit up our continental breakfast and quickly discovered it wasn't the best idea we have ever had. I put a bagel in the toaster and while it was toasting I decided to sit down and eat some cereal and during that time a couple wanted to toast their bagel and when I went up to get it they were talking about how rude it was to leave your bagel in the toaster unattended. After breakfast we headed downtown and while going down we didn't realize that we would run into the Baltimore Raven's starting practice. While trying to find parking spot, I accidentally turned on to a one way traffic, and said for the 3rd time I didn't want to be on this trip, but we found parking and headed to the Baltimore Inner Harbor and hung out in the visitor center were we found the biggest pink poodle ever!
We decided to enjoy Inner Harbor with the water taxi experience. Our very first stop would be Fells Point. We've decided that we were in the minority without a dog, everywhere we turned there was a dog and a doggie door. We wandered around fells point and also found that there were tons of pirates around us saying arrrr! We then went to head for Bertha's Mussels to try out the crab cakes that were recommended to us, which were the best thing ever! Kayla also decided that Natti Light was the drink of choice, since everyone was carrying cases of it everywhere we went.
After leaving Fells Point, we headed to Fort McHenry, which was good but weird since most of it was in construction. After leaving there we road the taxi to Canton Waterfront Park, followed by Captain James Landing, and then headed back to Inner Harbor. During this time we saw many ships, submarine, and great buildings.
We then walked around Inner Harbor, we then went inside the shops and shopped around every possible crab product that probably could be possibly made.
We then tackled a photo booth and decided everywhere we would go we would need to have a photo booth shoot. While walking we heard a pay phone ring, which Kayla decided that it would be a good idea to pick up the phone. We then headed to Little Italy, which was nice, but was a little sketchy. So we walked on back to our car and when we past the phone again we were joking about how she should pick the phone up if it rings again and as soon as we said it the phone rang, and we ran. :)
We then decided that we would go to Charm City Cake and have a little photo shoot with John. While at Charm City Cakes we took pictures of the sign, the building, and each of us with them. When we were driving away we looked down the alley and saw some of the crew smoking cigs, which was awesome to see them!
When driving out of Baltimore we saw some very interesting groups of people...a couple posing very inappropriately in front of the Holocaust museum, and a bum walking around and ran into a news stand falling over knocking it down and spilling his "O.J." which he picked up before even getting up.
Then we headed to Ocean City, MD were we crossed the Bay Bridge, which is one of the biggest bridges and most beautiful bridges I have ever seen.
We then passed through Annapolis, Cambridge, Bill Burton's Fishing Pier.
When we got into Ocean City, we saw a wonderful sunset over the ocean. We then headed to eat at Hoopers, a Steven Clem recommendation, which was fabulous and left us stuff until the next day.
