Physical Therapy

Today I started physical therapy for my neck and shoulder that is causing me to have headaches. I am hoping this helps, I have 20 to go to in hopes of getting the problem fixed. I am not sure how things will go since I felt pretty bad a few hours later, but that could be because of the medicine I am taking. Hoping this makes things all better.
